TRM Labs, a US-based AI-powered intelligence company, is seeking a Product Recruiter to drive rapid growth. You will own end-to-end recruiting for product roles, partner with hiring managers, and build scalable sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent.

You’ll analyze recruiting metrics, refine strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience while maintaining a high-velocity hiring culture that aligns with TRM’s mission to build a safer world.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Product recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups.
• Proven experience hiring hard-to-fill product roles with sourcing tools, market research, and personalized outreach.
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data to guide hiring decisions.
• Adaptability and curiosity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Exceptional communication to update managers and partners; build trust as a strategic recruiter.
