Job summary

Credera is seeking a Manager to join our Marketing Solutions practice in a hybrid model. You will lead delivery teams, own day‑to‑day client engagements, and ensure the quality and cohesion of solutions while balancing strategic guidance with hands‑on problem‑solving.

The ideal candidate brings ownership mindset with program management, stakeholder alignment, and MarTech expertise; capable of creating structure in ambiguity and growing client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of consulting or 10+ years in product leadership, marketing technology, technology sales, or operations with marketing exposure.
• Proven track record leading client engagements from concept to execution with outcomes accountability.
• Experience building cross‑functional teams in entrepreneurial or high‑growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Own client engagement outcomes: delivery quality, team performance, client satisfaction, scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risk.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and executive presentations.
• Develop and maintain trusted client relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
• Define engagement strategy, architecture, and end‑to‑end marketing programs aligned with client goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop Consultants and Senior Consultants; staff and resource planning.
