Job summary

Credera is a global consulting firm seeking a Manager to join our Marketing Solutions practice. You will lead delivery teams, own day‑to‑day client engagements, and ensure the quality and cohesion of solutions while balancing strategic guidance with hands‑on problem‑solving.

The ideal candidate brings an ownership mindset and expertise in program management, stakeholder alignment, and MarTech and marketing operations strategy.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of consulting experience or 10+ years of progressive experience in product leadership, marketing technology, technology sales, or operations.
• Experience leading client engagements from concept through execution with accountability for outcomes.
• Experience building and developing cross-functional teams in entrepreneurial or high-growth environments.
• Preferred: Experience in regulated or trust-sensitive domains such as security, identity, payments, data privacy, or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own client engagement outcomes, including delivery quality, team performance, client satisfaction, scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and risk management.
• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and executive presentations.
• Build trusted relationships with client leaders and identify opportunities to deepen the partnership.
• Define and oversee the engagement strategy, framework, and solution architecture.
• Design end-to-end marketing programs, MarTech strategies, operating models, and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Ensure functional and technical workstreams integrate into a cohesive solution.
• Lead, coach, and develop Consultants and Senior Consultants by setting clear expectations and providing regular feedback.
• Staffing and resourcing coordination with practice leadership.
• Foster a high-performing, inclusive team culture.
• Shape proposals, statements of work, RFP responses, and client pursuits.
• Identify account expansion opportunities and help develop new offerings.
• Strengthen the practice through reusable assets and thought leadership.
