Credera is a global consulting firm seeking a Manager to join our Marketing Solutions practice. You will lead delivery teams, own day-to-day client engagements, and ensure the quality and cohesion of solutions while balancing strategic guidance with hands-on problem-solving.

The ideal candidate brings an ownership mindset and expertise in program management, stakeholder alignment, and MarTech and marketing operations strategy. Hybrid working model with in‑person collaboration three days a week.

Qualifikationen

• 6–10 years of consulting experience or 10+ years in product leadership, marketing tech, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements from concept to execution.
• Experience building cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.
• Preferred: experience in regulated domains like security, data privacy, or compliance.

Aufgaben

• Own client engagement outcomes including scope, timelines, budgets, and risk.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and executive presentations.
• Define engagement strategy and solution architecture.
• Design end-to-end marketing programs and MarTech roadmaps.
• Develop teams and staff resources with leadership.
