Job summary

Credera is a global consulting firm seeking a Manager to lead our Marketing Solutions practice. You will own day‑to‑day client engagements, ensure solution quality, and balance strategic guidance with hands‑on problem‑solving.

The ideal candidate brings an ownership mindset and expertise in program management, stakeholder alignment, and MarTech/marketing operations strategy, building teams and strengthening client relationships.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of consulting experience or 10+ years in product leadership, marketing technology, or related fields.
• Proven track record leading client engagements from concept to delivery with outcomes at stake.
• Experience building and leading cross‑functional teams in fast‑growth environments.
• Preferred: exposure to regulated or trust‑sensitive domains (security, privacy, compliance).

Responsibilities

• Own client engagement outcomes including delivery quality, timelines, scope, resources and risk.
• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and executive presentations.
• Build trusted relationships with client leaders and identify opportunities to deepen partnerships.
• Define engagement strategy, solution architecture, and end‑to‑end marketing programs.
• Lead, coach, and develop Consultants and Senior Consultants; staff and resourcing with leadership.
