Job summary

Credera is seeking a seasoned Program Leader/PMO Leader to drive client-facing engagements within our consulting practice in the United States. The role emphasizes program leadership, Agile practices, and mentorship of junior talent, with a focus on delivering strategic solutions and building strong client relationships.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define roadmaps, and translate complex concepts into actionable plans, while maintaining accountability and quality across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of consulting experience or an industry equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of project management and/or technical leadership experience.
• Strong mentorship and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across capabilities to plan programs meeting client objectives.
• Advise on Agile practices and frameworks to client organizations.
• Develop executive communications to drive decisions and updates.
• Coach junior talent and contribute to Practice activities.
