Credera is seeking a Manager to join our Marketing Solutions practice. You will lead delivery teams, own day‑to‑day client engagements, and ensure the quality and cohesion of solutions while balancing strategic guidance with hands‑on problem‑solving.

Competenze

• 6–10 years of consulting experience or 10+ years in product leadership, marketing technology, technology sales, or operations.
• Experience leading client engagements from concept through execution with accountability for outcomes.
• Experience building and developing cross‑functional teams in entrepreneurial or high-growth environments.
• Preferred: Experience in regulated or trust‑sensitive domains, such as security, identity, payments, data privacy, or compliance.

Mansioni

• Own client engagement outcomes, including delivery quality, team performance, client satisfaction, scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and risk management.
• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and executive presentations.
• Shape proposals, statements of work, RFP responses, and client pursuits.
• Identify account expansion opportunities and help develop new offerings, particularly where marketing, customer data, and trust or privacy intersect.
