Credera is seeking a Manager to join our Marketing Solutions practice. You will lead delivery teams, own day‑to‑day client engagements, and ensure the quality and cohesion of solutions while balancing strategic guidance with hands‑on problem-solving.

The ideal candidate brings an ownership mindset and expertise in program management, stakeholder alignment, and MarTech and marketing operations strategy. They can create structure in ambiguous environments, develop teams, strengthen client

Qualifications

6–10 years of consulting experience or 10+ years in product leadership, marketing technology, tech sales, or operations.
Proven track record leading client engagements from concept through execution.
Experience building and leading cross-functional teams in fast-growth environments.
Preferred: experience in regulated or trust-sensitive domains such as security, privacy, or compliance.

Responsabilités

Own client engagement outcomes including delivery quality, team performance, satisfaction, scope, timelines, resources, budgets and risk.
Lead client workshops, discovery sessions and executive presentations.
Build trusted relationships with client leaders and identify opportunities to deepen the partnership.
