Job summary

Credera is seeking a Manager to join our Marketing Solutions practice in Los Angeles. You will lead delivery teams, own day‑to‑day client engagements, and ensure cohesive solutions while balancing strategic guidance with hands‑on problem‑solving.

The ideal candidate brings ownership mindset and expertise in program management, stakeholder alignment, and MarTech/marketing operations strategy. You will develop teams, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to practice growth.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of consulting experience or 10+ years in product leadership, marketing technology, or related roles.
• Experience leading client engagements from concept to execution with measurable outcomes.
• Experience building cross‑functional teams in entrepreneurial or high-growth settings.
• Preferred: exposure to security, identity, payments, data privacy, or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own client engagement outcomes, including delivery quality, team performance, client satisfaction, scope, timelines, resources, budgets and risk.
• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and executive presentations.
• Build trusted relationships with client leaders and identify opportunities to deepen the partnership.
