Job summary

Credera is seeking a Marketing Solutions Consultant Analyst to help clients solve marketing, CX, and growth challenges. You'll blend strategy, customer understanding, data-driven insights, and emerging tech to accelerate growth and deliver meaningful customer experiences.

You'll be paired with a Career Coach and work across marketing strategy, CX analytics, and business transformation, gaining foundation in consulting while contributing to client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, Psychology, Analytics, MIS, or a related field
• Leadership experience through academic projects, internships, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Willingness to relocate to a Credera office location
• Willingness to travel based on project assignments

Responsibilities

• Conducting customer, market, and business research
• Supporting marketing and customer experience strategies
• Analyzing data to uncover insights and opportunities
• Facilitating stakeholder interviews and working sessions
• Supporting customer journey and experience transformation initiatives
• Developing presentations, recommendations, and client deliverables
• Evaluating marketing technologies and digital capabilities
• Leveraging AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies
• Presenting insights and recommendations to client stakeholders
• Translating complex information into actionable business solutions
