Qualifications

• Minimum three years receptionist/administrative support experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; detail oriented.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities amid distractions.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making.
• Strong computer skills; MS Office and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phone system and greet customers.
• Support Marketing team with clerical duties (copying, scanning, mailing newsletters).
• Process incoming/outgoing mail.
• Create Excel spreadsheets and reports as needed.
• Manage brochure/inventory of supplies and keep records up to date.
• Update database and file records for current and future depositors.
