Job summary

Stoneridge Creek is seeking a part-time Receptionist and Shuttle Driver in Pleasanton, CA. The role covers answering calls, greeting residents and visitors, and coordinating transportation and deliveries in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Schedule is Wednesday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM with weekend/holiday flexibility. Hourly rate ranges from $21.50 to $22.00, with full benefits including PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), tuition assistance, and more.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask while answering calls and greeting visitors.
• Friendly, courteous and helpful attitude toward residents and the public.
• English communication; basic math and computer skills required.
• High school diploma; general office and heavy phone experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors, answers and transfers calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Logs and distributes parcels, deliveries, and medication; assists with ticketing and reservations as needed.
• Coordinates with other departments to arrange transportation and resident services.
• Performs general office duties and supports staff with clerical tasks.
