Job summary

Stoneridge Creek Pleasanton is seeking a Marketing Receptionist to professionally manage the front office for the Marketing Department. You will assist visitors, answer a multi-line phone, and support the Marketing team with clerical tasks and reports.

The role requires strong English communication, organization, and MS Office skills, with a minimum of three years in a receptionist/administrative role. This on-site position may include bonuses and salary progression.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years receptionist and/or administrative support experience.
  • Experience in a sales environment is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate small group presentations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities while working in an area of constant distractions.
  • Good judgment, problem solving, and decision making skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and the leads management system. Ability to learn new computer applications.
  • Associate or other college degree a plus
  • Good initiative to anticipate problems and resolve them

  • Creates Excel spreadsheets and other reports as necessary.
  • Ensures that the inventory for brochures, collateral, and other essential supplies are always available and up-to-date.
  • Organizes detailed records of current and future depositors, assists in processing sale paperwork, updates the database, and creates files.
  • Performs additional work duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Pay: $21.50 – $22 per hour + bonuses + annual pay increases

GENERAL SUMMARY:

CRITICAL FUNCTION:
  • This position is essential to the safety of our residents and staff; and to the operation and function of the community. Employee may be recalled to report to work for an emergency, unusual occurrence, resident care need, visit from regulatory/governing agencies or any other event deemed necessary by the Executive Director, Administrator, and designee.

  • Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to communicate and present in person, in writing, and on the telephone effectively with both large and small groups in English.

  • Must display a friendly, courteous and helpful attitude toward the residents and the public.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English. Able to perform simple mathematics and basic knowledge of computer programs.
  • High School graduate. General office and heavy phone experience preferred.
