Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and manage phone and visitor greeting.
• Friendly, courteous and helpful demeanor toward residents and public.
• Clear English communication; basic math and computer skills.
• High school diploma; general office and heavy phone experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer incoming calls courteously and professionally.
• Provide information, directions and assistance to residents, staff, guests and vendors.
• Support clerical duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Escort and assist with visitor-related needs and logistics.
