Job summary

Stoneridge Creek Pleasanton is seeking a Receptionist to warmly greet visitors, answer and transfer calls, provide information to residents, staff and vendors, and support clerical tasks in a Continuing Care Retirement Community. The role requires a friendly, professional communicator who can multitask, especially during weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask while answering phone and greeting visitors.
• Friendly, courteous, and helpful attitude toward residents and the public.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• High School graduate; general office and heavy phone experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and delivers warm, professional reception to residents, families and guests.
• Manages incoming calls, transfers as needed, and logs deliveries and requests for the Marketing Dept.
• Coordinates with staff for transportation, repairs, and services; supports general office duties like faxing and copying.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
