Job summary

ZAPATA Group, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support business development, marketing, and capture activities within our architecture and engineering services practice.

This entry-level role offers exposure to federal and utility clients, with guidance on CRM tools and proposal processes; travel is limited (<5%).

Join a collaborative team focused on proposals, social media campaigns, trade shows, and industry engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Managing Social Media accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe InDesign is a plus.
• Willingness to travel (<5% travel).

Responsibilities

• Support proposal development and data calls.
• Proofread/QC proposals; manage proposal calendar.
• Support business development and social media campaigns.
• Coordinate trade shows, booths, brochures, and registrations.
• Attend industry events to engage clients and partners.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed.
