Job summary

INVISION Architecture is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing, business development, and pursuit efforts. You will coordinate proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, marketing communications, and brand initiatives that position INVISION for growth.

You will work closely with firm leadership and the marketing team to maintain critical information, support CRM and content management, and assist with client events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of marketing, communications, business development, or professional services experience.
• A/E/C industry experience preferred but not required.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, marketing communications, and brand initiatives.
• Support CRM and content management efforts and maintain marketing information.
• Assist client events and business development activities.
• Develop and format materials for presentations and interviews.
• Support pursuit planning and reporting activities.
