Job summary

INVISION Architecture seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support proposals, qualifications, presentations, and brand initiatives across the firm. You’ll maintain marketing content, assist CRM data, and help with client events and business development in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in marketing or related fields, strong writing and editing skills, and proficiency with CRM, InDesign, and Office tools, with a detail-driven, organized approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, business development, or professional services.
• A/E/C industry experience preferred but not required.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign; CRM/databases experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, marketing communications, and brand initiatives.
• Support CRM and content management efforts, client events, and business development activities.
• Maintain marketing information, project descriptions, staff bios, and firm qualifications.
• Develop written and visual materials for presentations, interviews, and collateral updates.
• Assist with event planning, sponsorships, and marketing operations.
