Adolfson & Peterson Construction seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support proposal development, events, branding, and communications. The role coordinates proposals in Deltek CRM, assists with copywriting, design, and project submittals while partnering with regional teams to position AP competitively and maintain our safety-first culture.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience required. AEC experience preferred.
• Experience with proposal processes is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign). Illustrator is a plus.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.

Aufgaben

• Take personal responsibility for working safely within an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture.
• Create proposal packages with general direction from the marketing leader and write, edit, proofread, and design proposals and related documents.
• Collaborate with regional management, business development, superintendents, and project managers to identify key points for competitive positioning in proposals.
• Maintain proposal information in Deltek CRM database and prepare AIA A305 documents.
• Design layouts and generate graphics for proposals, presentations, and collateral; coordinate production of materials.
• Participate in project pursuit activities: attend pre-proposal meetings, research markets, and create submittals with direction from project leads.
• Coordinate planning of events including concept, goals, registrations, travel, and materials distribution.
• Write copy for public relations and awards; identify media opportunities and coordinate advertising and PR activities.
• Develop and maintain regional marketing materials and collect photography/video for branding.
• Support primary and secondary market research; interact with clients and industry partners to build relationships.
• Assist with data development and documentation; organize information and develop internal marketing processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
