Job summary

SOCOTEC seeks a Marketing Proposal Coordinator to join our Phoenix, AZ office. You will work with the marketing team to prepare proposals, qualifications packages, SF330s, and presentation materials in response to RFPs/Qs, coordinating with teams across locations.

Responsibilities include maintaining templates, resumes, project write-ups, CRM content, and other marketing tasks; strong InDesign and MS Office skills are required, with 2+ years in A/E/C support.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe InDesign for professional documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• 2+ years' experience with A/E/C firms in proposal work.
• Strong grammar and creative writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing documents, qualifications proposals, SF330s and presentation materials in response to RFPs/Qs.
• Coordinate with team members across locations to ensure timely submittals.
• Prepare and update technical resumes and project write-ups.
• Maintain template/content library and CRM program.
• Assist with various other marketing-related tasks.
