Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Proposal Management Specialist to support our NY Metro based marketing team in a hybrid role, including remote and in-office work, typically visiting the Manhattan office once per week at 605 Third Ave.

You will lead RFQ/RFP responses, coordinate strategy with capture teams, manage outlines and schedules, and ensure compliance. Proficiency in InDesign, Salesforce, and MS Office is expected, with strong writing and editing skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + at least 2 years experience leading proposal/marketing activity in the AEC industry or equivalent experience/education.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to write and edit proposal materials.
• Experience coordinating graphics and subconsultants for proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage responses to RFQs and RFPs across multiple disciplines.
• Develop proposal outlines, schedules, and ensure compliance.
• Lead proposal review meetings and revisions per direction from review teams.
• Coordinate graphics, maps, and flow charts with the graphics team.
• Perform QA/QC on proposal materials for grammar, consistency, and detail.
• Update Salesforce with proposal information in a timely manner.
