Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing, proposal coordination, or business development.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and CRM tools.
• Strong ability to craft clear, persuasive content tailored to client needs.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals and marketing initiatives under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional who excels in content creation, proposal coordination, and strategic branding. we're seeking key contributor that will play a critical role in crafting compelling Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Qualifications (RFQ) submissions, developing marketing materials, and enhancing brand positioning. you'll be a voice in driving strategic direction, in addition to internal advancement opportunities and other perks!

Marketing Proposal Specialist Responsibilities:

• Proposal Development: Lead the preparation, tracking, writing, and submission of RFPs, RFQs, and SOQs (Statements of Qualifications), ensuring compliance and clarity with client requirements and industry standards.
• Content Creation: Develop persuasive and compelling marketing content, including case studies, project descriptions, resumes, and presentations.
• Branding & Messaging: Maintain and enhance company branding across all marketing collateral, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, project managers, and leadership to gather information and craft winning proposals.
• Marketing Materials: Design and update brochures, PowerPoint presentations, social media content, and website copy to showcase firm expertise.
• Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and upcoming bid opportunities to support strategic positioning.
• CRM & Database Management: Maintain and update proposal databases, templates, and past project information for efficient future use.

Marketing Proposal Specialist Qualifications:

• 3+ years of marketing, proposal coordination, or business development. (Experience in the AEC industry is a plus!)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and CRM tools.
• Strong ability to craft clear, persuasive, and visually appealing content tailored to client needs.
