Job summary

Parkhill is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives, proposals, and collateral creation for our AEC clients in the Southwest region. The role emphasizes high-quality, timely materials that bolster business development and client engagement.

You will collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to craft proposals, presentations, and marketing content, while managing CRM data and coordinating events and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, English, or related field.
• AEC proposal development and coordination experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam Revu.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of proposals (RFQ/RFP/Statements of Qualifications) and coordinate with internal teams to meet submission deadlines.
• Maintain CRM data, including leads, opportunities, and client contacts.
• Develop marketing collateral to support leadership and subject matter experts.
• Write and edit content for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Support marketing events, trade shows, and campaigns, including logistics and brand compliance.
• Participate in marketing meetings, continuing education activities, and other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
• Supports proposal development by collaborating with pursuit teams - including marketing staff and subject matter experts to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality submissions.
• Coordinates and develops various marketing collaterals to support firm leadership and SMEs, ensuring content is comprehensive, consistent, and tailored to client needs.
• Assists with general marketing duties, including internal and external marketing meetings, continuing education activities, and presentations.
• Other duties as assigned
