SOCOTEC US is seeking a Senior Proposal Coordinator in Irvine, CA to join our marketing team. You will prepare proposals, qualifications packages, SF330s, and presentation materials in response to RFPs/Qs, coordinating with teams across locations to ensure timely submittals.

The role requires strong writing, Indesign/Adobe skills, and extensive experience in A/E/C marketing. Hybrid in-office work with potential one-day remote capability.”

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in A/E/C firms.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing documents, qualifications proposals, SF330s, and presentation materials for RFPs/Qs.
• Coordinate with team to ensure timely submittal of deliverables.
• Update technical resumes and project write-ups; maintain templates and CRM content.
• Assist with various marketing-related tasks.

Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a Senior Proposal Coordinator to work out of our Irvine, CA office and work closely with our marketing team in San Diego, CA. The successful candidate will:

• Work with team members in various locations to prepare marketing documents, qualifications proposals, SF330 documents, and presentation materials in response to RFP/Qs
• Engage with team on a regular basis to ensure timely submittal of deliverables
• Prepare and update technical resumes and project write-ups
• Help maintain the template/content library and CRM program
• Assist with various other marketing-related tasks

Qualifications

Required Technical Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (professional InDesign work experience required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• 5 or more years' experience performing similar services with A/E/C (architecture, engineering, or construction) firms (able to hit the ground running with minimal training).

Additional Information

Salary range: $35-45/hour, depending on qualifications
