Job summary

SOCOTEC seeks a Marketing Proposal Coordinator to join our Phoenix, AZ office. You will work with the marketing team to prepare proposals, qualifications packages, SF330s, and presentation materials in response to RFPs/Qs, coordinating with teams across locations.

Responsibilities include maintaining templates, resumes, project write-ups, CRM content, and other marketing tasks; strong InDesign and MS Office skills are required, with 2+ years in A/E/C support.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe InDesign for professional documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• 2+ years' experience with A/E/C firms in proposal work.
• Strong grammar and creative writing skills.

Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a Marketing Proposal Coordinator to work out of our Phoenix, AZ office and work closely with our marketing team in San Diego, CA. The successful candidate will:

• Work with team members in various locations to prepare marketing documents, qualifications proposals, SF330 documents, and presentation materials in response to RFP/Qs
• Engage with team on a regular basis to ensure timely submittal of deliverables
• Prepare and update technical resumes and project write-ups
• Help maintain the template/content library and CRM program
• Assist with various other marketing-related tasks

Qualifications

Required Technical Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (professional InDesign work experience required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• 2 or more years' experience performing similar services with A/E/C (architecture, engineering, or construction) firms (able to hit the ground running with minimal training).
