Job summary

CloudFactory is seeking an AI Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems, data, and campaign infrastructure powering our global pipeline. This role sits at the crossroads of demand generation, performance marketing, and applied generative AI, directing partners and overseeing the website rebuild from a technical perspective.

The ideal candidate will architect and manage the HubSpot ecosystem, engineer scalable acquisition programs across paid, AI-native, and email channels, and translate

Qualifications

• Experience with HubSpot CRM, data hygiene and lifecycle definitions.
• Design and optimize complex marketing workflows and lead scoring.
• Ability to measure funnel performance and inform strategy.

Responsibilities

• Architect HubSpot ecosystem governance and data integrity.
• Develop and optimize paid and AI-native acquisition programs.
• Build outbound/inbound nurture programs and lifecycle journeys.
• Own analytics, attribution, and executive reporting.
• Oversee agency/freelance partners and website rebuild from a technical lens.
