Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain CRM data stewardship, including contact and company data, segmentation, list health, and intake for inbound engagement.
• Provide cross-functional support; collaborate with marketing, BD, attorneys, and tech partners to ensure data accuracy and usability across systems.
• Document and maintain operational processes; assist with reporting, dashboards, audits, and outreach effectiveness.
