Job summary

Stoel Rives LLP seeks a Law Student Recruiting Manager to lead our law student programs across six offices, in Portland or Seattle. The role partners with the Chief Talent and Recruiting Officer to ensure consistency and best practices firmwide.

You will manage campus outreach, the summer associate program, and candidate communications; supervise the Recruiting Coordinator; and analyze metrics to improve outcomes and efficiency. Hybrid work options apply.

Qualifications

Minimum 8–10 years of recruiting experience within a legal environment.
Proven track record managing law student and summer program recruitment.
Strong relationships with law schools, career services, and partners.
Experience supervising staff and managing multiple projects under deadlines.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the law student recruiting cycle from campus outreach to onboarding.
Plan and execute the summer associate program with orientation and evaluations.
Attend events or ensure team representation to maximize visibility.
Facilitate hiring committee processes and candidate evaluations.
Analyze metrics and collaborate with HR, marketing, inclusion for strong outcomes.
Supervise the Law Student Recruiting Coordinator and develop the team.
