Job summary

Stoel Rives LLP seeks a Law Student Recruiting Manager in Portland or Seattle to lead our law student recruiting strategy across ten offices. You will oversee campus outreach, resume collections, interviews, offers, and onboarding while coordinating with firm leadership and practice groups.

You will develop relationships with law schools, manage the summer program, and supervise the Recruiting Coordinator. Strong knowledge of recruiting analytics and ATS processes is essential for success in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree, HR certification, or other relevant credential is a plus.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of recruiting experience within a law firm, legal organization, or law school career services office; combination is desirable.
• Experience supervising recruiting staff and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the law student recruiting cycle, including campus outreach and resume collections, interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
• Develop relationships with law schools and career services professionals nationwide and in key markets.
• Plan and run the firm’s summer associate program including orientation, training, and evaluations.
