Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with marketing technology, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms preferred.
• Familiarity with data quality concepts and practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication, service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day CRM support, respond to user inquiries, and monitor support queues.
• Maintain accurate contact, company, relationship, and activity data through audits and updates.
• Support the creation, testing, and distribution of email marketing communications.
• Manage subscriptions and communication preferences, and investigate delivery issues.
• Assist with user onboarding/offboarding and account setup.
• Generate reports and lists to support marketing and business development.
• Conduct research and gather data for BD, events, and alumni initiatives.
• Develop CRM training materials and guides to promote best practices.
• Test and implement CRM enhancements and data governance processes.
• Collaborate with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot issues.
• Support special projects and other department needs.
