Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator with a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business and 2–4 years of marketing or business development experience within a law firm. You will manage the CRM, assist with training, support digital campaigns, and help maintain the Firm’s website and social channels.

You’ll edit marketing materials, collaborate with the team, and contribute to client relations and market initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of marketing and/or business development experience. Law firm experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Firm’s CRM system, including data quality, license management, marketing lists, reports, etc.
• Assist with CRM training.
• Learn and utilize Concep and other software tools to support digital marketing campaigns.
• Assist with the Firm’s website, social media accounts, and blogs.
• Edit various marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and perform other duties as assigned.
