Job summary

Stoel Rives LLP is seeking a Law Student Recruiting Coordinator in either Portland, OR or Seattle, WA. This hybrid, full-time role supports the firm’s law student recruiting and summer program efforts, coordinating interviews, onboarding, and events for multiple offices.

Strong organizational, communication, and HR tools skills are essential. The position reports to the Law Student Recruiting Manager and emphasizes collaboration with offices, attorneys, and staff to deliver excellent candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of recruiting or HR experience; law-firm exposure preferred but not required.
• Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and deadline-driven performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Law Student Recruiting Manager and committees in executing recruiting strategies and summer programs.
• Coordinate logistics for applications, resume collections, and recruiting events.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and attorneys, managing calendars.
• Support onboarding activities with HR and Office Administration.
• Maintain recruiting data in HR systems and generate recruiting metrics.
• Contribute to planning and execution of the summer program, trainings, and events.
