Parker Hannifin is launching a Leadership Development Program in Strategic Marketing. It offers two six-month rotations, with relocation support and travel to our Cleveland HQ for onboarding and sprints.

Participants will build market research, campaigns, and brand strategy experience while working with sales, product management, finance and operations. Expect growth into Analyst roles within Manufacturing Group or Division locations after year one, with ongoing development and mentoring to

Qualifications

Undergraduate Degree in a Business field with graduation before June 2027.
BS in Marketing, Business or related field preferred; relevant work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support campaign strategy, content creation, and a range of commercial marketing initiatives.
Help define product positioning, value messaging, and go-to-market plans for key priorities.
Create and maintain marketing tools, resources, and communications that strengthen cross-functional alignment.
Contribute to strategic marketing initiatives that deepen insights into customers and market dynamics.
Track, measure, and report on marketing performance to inform decisions.
Analyze sales, customer, and market data to support informed marketing decisions.
Collaborate with sales, product management, and other teams to ensure consistent execution.
