Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corp invites applications for its Leadership Development Program focused on strategic marketing and early leadership development. The program includes two six-month rotations, with relocation and travel to Parker’s corporate headquarters in Cleveland, OH for onboarding and learning sprints.

After year one, participants may become Analysts at a Manufacturing Group or Division location with ongoing development and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a business program with graduation before June 2027.
• BS in Marketing or Business or related field; relevant work experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Project management skills with marketing/sales experience a plus.
• Willingness to relocate throughout the program rotations, generally every six (6) months.
• ITAR/EAR compliance requires US citizen or equivalent status.

Responsibilities

• Support campaign strategy, content creation, and a range of commercial marketing initiatives.
• Define product positioning, value messaging, and go-to-market plans for key business priorities.
• Create and maintain marketing tools, resources, and communications to strengthen cross-functional alignment.
• Contribute to strategic marketing initiatives that deepen insights into customers, market dynamics, and competitive activity.
• Track, measure, and report on marketing performance to evaluate overall effectiveness.
• Analyze sales, customer, and market data to support informed business and marketing decision-making.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and other internal teams to ensure consistent execution of marketing programs.
• Assist in identifying growth opportunities by monitoring industry trends, customer needs, and emerging market developments.
