Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking Engineering Leadership Development Associates to participate in a multi‑year program combining engineering duties with leadership development. Participants will rotate through 1–4 assignments over 6–12 month periods, with relocation expected as part of the program.

The role involves hands‑on engineering work across product development and manufacturing tracks, and targets future supervision and management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering in one or more specified disciplines.
• Must be willing and able to relocate.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Overall GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; project management experience preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a group.
• Robotics experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work without sponsorship; ITAR/EAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate and recommend viable solutions to business issues.
• Complete and present team projects to stakeholders.
• Design, testing, integration, and qualification of Parker products.
• Lead equipment design activities and capstone projects.
• Apply Six Sigma methods to problem solving.
• Design and layout of machines and production lines.
• Improve manufacturing methods to reduce costs.
• Relocation may be required for program rotations.
