Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation invites applications for an Engineering Leadership Development Associate. The program blends engineering duties with leadership development, providing real-world challenges and cross-functional rotations.

Expect 1–4 assignments over 1–2 years, with relocation as needed. You’ll gain experience in product development and manufacturing, while building communication and project management skills for future growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering with focus in one or more engineering disciplines (Aero, Agr, Biomech, Chemical, Controls, Electrical, Engineering Physics, Manufacturing, Materials, Mechanical, or Systems).
• Must be willing and able to relocate.
• GPA 3.0 or better.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; project management experience preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a group.
• Robotics experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work without sponsorship; US citizen, LPR or refugee/asylee status per ITAR/EAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate and recommend viable solutions to business issues.
• Work with division, group, and/or peer teams to complete projects.
• Complete and present team projects to stakeholders.
• Present technical data to teammates.
• Complete technology courses and training programs.
• Design, testing, integration, and qualification of Parker products.
• Assist in equipment design activities; lead capstone project in manufacturing track.
• Engage in Six Sigma problem solving; analyze and control production quality and costs.
• Design and layout of machines and production lines; improve methods and equipment.
