Job summary

Tarte Cosmetics is seeking a Marketing Development & Operations Coordinator to support product assortments and manage new product launches. The role requires coordinating with development, regulatory, and creative teams to ensure accurate specs and timely delivery.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of marketing experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with AI tools, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business required (concentration preferred).
• 1–3 years of marketing/promotional experience.
• Strong written and oral communication; able to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing Development & Operations team for product assortments and new product launches.
• Collaborate with operational teams to manage the launch cycle of new product development.
• Maintain tracker and internal communication for product launches (artwork calendar, product specs, etc.).
• Work cross-functionally with regulatory on claims testing, tracking and management.
• Manage internal documentation system housing all new product launch information for all launch teams.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ideate product names and manage tarte's product library, trademarks, and more.

Marketing Development & Operations Coordinator

Tarte Cosmetics is seeking a Coordinator for the Marketing Development & Operations team who possesses a combination of creative & strategic thinking. This is a multifaceted role responsible for working closely with the development team & the overall tarte assortment.

Overview:

This individual should have a proven track record of success working cross-functionally handling multiple projects simultaneously with an eye for details. This is an exciting opportunity to have insight into the full tarte collection & will be strategically managing new product launches.

Responsibilities:

• Support Marketing Development & Operations team for all things related to product assortments & new product launches
• Work alongside operational teams to manage the launch cycle of new product development
• Manage tracker & internal communication needs for product launches including artwork calendar, product specs & more
• Work cross-functionally with the regulatory team on claims testing, tracking & management
• Manage internal documentation system, housing all new product launch information for all launch teams
• Work alongside creative teams to ideate new product names & manage overall tarte library of products, trademarks & more

Skill Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree required; Concentration in marketing or business preferred
• 1-3 years of marketing/promotional experience
• Must be able to work both independently as well as cross-functionally with excellent written & oral communication skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to multi-task with a high attention to detail
