Job summary

tarte cosmetics is seeking an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to build and maintain influencer relationships and support a global program. The role collaborates with PR, events, brand marketing and creative teams to drive growth.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and passionate about influencer marketing, with at least two years' experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills. Domestic and international travel may be required for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Influencer Marketing or PR.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of influencers in beauty world & other realms.
• Creative, detailed-oriented, effective communication skills.
• Domestic and International travel may be required for this specific position.
• Proficient use in AI platforms and AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc)

Responsibilities

• Target up-and-coming influencers and build authentic relationships to garner consistent content and product support
• Monitor industry & influencer news
• Place all product orders & ensure PR closet is fully stocked
