Job summary

tarte cosmetics is hiring a Coordinator, direct-to-consumer generalist to own and optimize CX and ecommerce data reporting across tartecosmetics.com and TikTok Shop. You’ll build and maintain dashboards, track trends, and collaborate with marketing, finance, merch, product, and logistics to drive data-informed decisions.

You should be entrepreneurial, love beauty, and be comfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience; internships count.
• Experience leveraging AI to manage data and pull insights.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfortable pulling, synthesizing and validating data across platforms.
• Meticulous with detail; you chase a discrepancy until it’s resolved.
• Clear communicator who can explain data to non‑data people.
• Organized enough to juggle several recurring workstreams at once.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain CX performance reporting: contact volume, CSAT, response time, resolution rate, channel metrics.
• Track TikTok Shop and tartecosmetics.com trends and competitive activity.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/ad-hoc reports; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support cross-functional teams with data pulls from QA, product, and merchandising.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Merchandising, Product & Logistics to document fraud policies and escalation steps.
• Build and revise dashboards for recurring data needs and insights.

tarte is hiring a Coordinator, direct-to-consumer generalist: a front-row view of every way we sell direct, from TikTok Shop to tartecosmetics.com. You’ll live in the data: what’s trending, what’s converting, what’s fraud, and what competitors are doing before we do it. You’ll build the reporting our CX & merch teams run on, track the beauty category on TikTok Shop, & work with nearly every team in the building. eCommerce moves fast, and it runs on relationships. You’ll build a lot of them.

This one’s for someone entrepreneurial who’s energized (not rattled) by ambiguity, asks a ton of questions, and reads a room well. If you love beauty, love TikTok, and love data. Come get in the mix.

• Keepmerchfed.Maintaintherevenuedocumentsthemerchteamrunson,includingweeklyWOWandYOYperformanceacrossallD2Cchannels,plusthemonthlychargebackdoc.
• Spotwhat’soff.MonitorCX,fraud,andeCommerceplatformsforanomaliesandshifts.Escalatediscrepancieswiththecontextpeopleneedtoactonthem.
• Stayaheadoffraud.Monitorourfraudpreventionplatform,handleexceptionsandemergingpatterns,andmanagechargebackreviewanddisputedtransactionanalysis.
• Buildthedecks.Prepmonthly,quarterly,year-end,andadhocreporting.Youowntheaccuracy,thestructure,andthedeadline.
• Answertheasks.HandlerecurringdatapullsfromQA,product,andmerch(complaintdatabySKU,returnreasons,productfeedback)andminecustomerfeedbackforthemesworthfixing.
• Workacrossthebuilding.Partnerwithmarketing(brand,social,influencer,digital),finance,merchandising,product&logistics.Documentfraudpolicies,decisionlogic,andescalationstepsasyougo.

• Salary range: $66,350-66,500(Compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill level, relevant work experience & education)
