Job summary

tarte is hiring a Coordinator, direct-to-consumer generalist who will be at the heart of our data-driven ecommerce efforts. You’ll own CX performance reporting, track TikTok Shop and tartecosmetics.com metrics, and work across teams to surface insights and drive decisions.

The role emphasizes entrepreneurial thinking, strong data storytelling, and the ability to juggle multiple recurring workstreams while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience; internships count.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience leveraging AI to extract insights from data.
• Able to pull, synthesize, and validate data across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain CX performance reporting: contact volume, CSAT, response time, resolution rate, channel metrics.
• Track TikTok Shop performance and beauty category trends; surface recommendations for tarte.
• Maintain revenue documents and weekly/monthly performance reports across D2C channels.
• Monitor CX, fraud, and eCommerce platforms for anomalies; escalate with context.
• Monitor fraud prevention platform, handle exceptions and analyze disputed transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, year-end, and ad-hoc reporting; ensure accuracy and deadlines.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, merchandising, product, and logistics to document policies and escalation steps.

tarte is hiring a Coordinator, direct-to-consumer generalist: a front-row view of every way we sell direct, from TikTok Shop to tartecosmetics.com. You’ll live in the data: what’s trending, what’s converting, what’s fraud, and what competitors are doing before we do it. You’ll build the reporting our CX & merch teams run on, track the beauty category on TikTok Shop, & work with nearly every team in the building. eCommerce moves fast, and it runs on relationships. You’ll build a lot of them.

This one’s for someone entrepreneurial who’s energized (not rattled) by ambiguity, asks a ton of questions, and reads a room well. If you love beauty, love TikTok, and love data. Come get in the mix.

• Spotwhat’soff.MonitorCX,fraud,andeCommerceplatformsforanomaliesandshifts.Escalatediscrepancieswiththecontextpeopleneedtoactonthem.
• Stayaheadoffraud.Monitorourfraudpreventionplatform,handleexceptionsandemergingpatterns,andmanagechargebackreviewanddisputedtransactionanalysis.
• Buildthedecks.Prepmonthly,quarterly,year-end,andadhocreporting.Youowntheaccuracy,thestructure,andthedeadline.
• Answertheasks.HandlerecurringdatapullsfromQA,product,andmerch(complaintdatabySKU,returnreasons,productfeedback)andminecustomerfeedbackforthemesworthfixing.
• Workacrossthebuilding.Partnerwithmarketing(brand,social,influencer,digital),finance,merchandising,product&logistics.Documentfraudpolicies,decisionlogic,andescalationstepsasyougo.

• Salary range: $66,350-66,500(Compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill level, relevant work experience & education)
