Job summary

Scale Media, Inc is seeking a Senior Data Analyst who acts as a Data Detective across retention, acquisition, and content performance. You will own models and insights tying ad platforms, CRM, and loyalty data to long-term customer value.

You’ll collaborate with retention, media buying, Amazon, and creative teams, building predictive models and dashboards to guide budget and strategy in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data analysis experience in DTC or consumer marketing analytics.
• Hands-on predictive modeling experience (churn, LTV, or propensity).
• Fluent in Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Klaviyo data.
• Strong SQL (Snowflake) and Python (pandas, scikit-learn).
• Experience with BI tools like Sigma; ELT tools familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Predictive Modeling: churn, LTV, propensity models and deployment.
• Retention & lifecycle mastery: granular insights from CRM and loyalty data.
• Acquisition & attribution mastery: ROAS, CAC, attribution, and MMM readouts.
• Content & creative performance: analyze ad content and creative impact.
• Data transformation & visualization: dbt/python data prep; SQL in Snowflake; dashboards in Sigma.
• Leadership & collaboration: present findings to marketing leadership.
