Job summary

Scale Media, Inc. seeks a Senior Data Analyst who goes beyond reporting to become a data detective.

You will own the truth behind retention, acquisition, and content performance, building predictive models and connecting ad platforms, CRM, loyalty data, and creative performance to long-term customer value. You will lead predictive modeling, segmentation, and attribution analyses, partnering with Retention, Media Buying, Amazon, and Creative teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Data Analysis experience in DTC, subscription, or consumer marketing analytics.
• Hands-on experience building churn, LTV, or propensity models used to drive decisions.
• Fluent in Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Klaviyo data schemas.
• Expert SQL in Snowflake and strong Python skills; experience with Sigma or similar BI tools.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools (Claude Code) for data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Build churn, LTV, and propensity models; deploy for retention and acquisition teams.
• Develop segmentation to inform targeting, offers, and bidding strategies.
• Analyze paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon Ads for ROAS and CAC insights.
• Analyze CRM and loyalty data for insights on LTV, repeat purchases, and cohorts.
• Prepare data using dbt or Python and write SQL reflecting business rules; maintain dashboards in Sigma.
• Partner with marketing, growth, and creative teams to translate findings into actions.
