Job summary

Scale Media, Inc seeks a mid-level Data Analyst who goes beyond reports to be a true data detective for Inventory, CS, and Brand Marketing. You will partner with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Brand Marketing to provide actionable insights.

Proficiency in Snowflake SQL, Sigma dashboards, and ERP/CS data ecosystems is essential, with exposure to KNIME/dbt and ELT tools. Fully remote, with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on data analysis in a mid-level role in a DTC ecommerce setting.
• Fluent with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central data schemas.
• Strong Snowflake SQL and Sigma dashboard-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Inventory & Supply Chain analytics: forecast inventory depletion and PO timing.
• Analyze ERP (Odoo) data for stock, lead times, and fulfillment efficiency.
• Support Brand Marketing analytics: evaluate promo ROI and new product launch data.
• Analyze CS data (Zendesk/Gorgias) and integrate with inventory metrics; build dashboards in Sigma.
