Job summary

Scale Media, Inc. seeks a Senior Data Analyst who goes beyond reporting to uncover the truth behind retention, acquisition, and content performance. You will own customer-value modeling, connect ad platforms, CRM, and creative data, and build predictive models tying them together for long-term value.

You will partner with Retention, Media Buying, Amazon, and Creative teams to translate data into actions that improve lifetime value and growth across our remote organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data analytics experience in DTC/marketing analytics.
• Hands-on predictive modeling experience ( churn, LTV, propensity).
• Fluency with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Klaviyo data schemas.

Responsibilities

• Build churn, LTV, and purchase-propensity models and deploy to teams.
• Develop customer segmentation and inform targeting and bidding strategy.
• Analyze paid acquisition data across Meta/Google/TikTok/Amazon for ROAS and CAC.
