Job summary

Scale Media seeks a Senior Data Analyst to act as a Data Detective for an ecommerce P&L across multiple brands. You will own forecasts and build rigorously reconciled models to support Finance decisions.

You will transform data with dbt/Python, develop projections, and deliver dashboards in Sigma for executives. This is a fully remote role in the United States with a focus on accuracy and business insight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data or financial analytics in DTC or consumer businesses.
• Hands-on forecasting and predictive modeling used by leadership.
• Strong accounting principles and cash-flow familiarity.
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Stripe data.
• Proficient with SQL in Snowflake, Python, and BI tools.
• Ability to explain variance drivers and calibrate models.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, orders, renewals forecasting by brand and channel.
• Build customer- and SKU-level predictive models.
• Own P&L reporting, unit economics, and variance analysis.
• Reconcile data across Stripe, Shopify, banks, internal DB, and QuickBooks.
• Create dashboards in Sigma for Finance and execs.
• Partner with Finance to present forecasts and risks.
