Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Marketing Data & Audiences Lead to define and execute the company’s data and audience strategy. You will shape the CDP program, Customer 360 requirements, and data products that power acquisition, growth, retention, and personalization.

The role requires leadership across Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, and Risk & Compliance to deliver measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities include defining a multi-year roadmap, leading CDP selection and adoption, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in Marketing Technology, Product Management, Customer Data, Audience Strategy, Analytics, Data Products, or related.
• 5+ years leading high‑performing teams.
• Proven success with large‑scale customer data, CDP, or marketing transformations.
• Experience defining data strategy, roadmaps, business cases, and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Citizens' marketing data, audience, and Customer 360.
• Lead CDP evaluation, selection, implementation, and adoption delivering measurable business value.
• Define data architecture strategy for first-, second-, and third-party data across Customer 360 and CDP.
• Create reusable data attributes, audience frameworks, and governance for scalable activation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business, Engineering, and Enterprise Data to define audience requirements and capability roadmaps.
• Translate business strategy into scalable data, platform, and capability requirements with Engineering and Enterprise Data teams.
• Build and develop a high-performing team for customer data strategy, audience management, and marketing data products.
• Develop and manage product roadmap, prioritize investments, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable value.
