Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and dynamic marketer to join our West Region marketing team in Phoenix, focusing on proposal development to support growth in Arizona and New Mexico across our power, solid waste, and industrial market sectors.

You will develop persuasive proposal documents and interview materials, lead client plans that drive market expansion, and collaborate with business development leaders, project managers, and technical staff to communicate our capabilities with clear,

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills across partners and clients.
Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign.

Responsibilities

Coordinate proposals and marketing materials with cross-functional teams.
Lead proposal team meetings and interview preparation to craft strategic messaging.
Develop and edit marketing documents, and coordinate graphics and layout.
Support client development teams with marketing planning and research.
Maintain pursuit and project information in CRM with resumes and project descriptions.
Coordinate attendance at conferences, sponsorships, and events.
Perform other duties as needed.
