Job summary

mPulse is seeking a data-driven Marketing Automation & Data Specialist to power our demand engine by optimizing martech, automating outreach, and delivering actionable performance insights. In this role, you will build, execute, and continually improve automated marketing campaigns and sales outreach programs while ensuring accurate reporting across the marketing funnel.

As a key member of the Growth Marketing team, you will own the systems, integrations, and processes that drive marketing

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to analyze data independently and reconcile information across systems.
• Strong attention to detail with a track record of verification before stakeholder review.
• Proven ability to manage assigned work to completion independently and raise blockers early.
• High proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems and their integrations.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills including pivot tables and lookups.
• Strong written communication to explain technical findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data flow across all connected systems and troubleshoot sync issues.
• Manage the lead lifecycle end-to-end: capture, validation, scoring, routing, conversion.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot marketing automation workflows and campaigns.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and quality standards across the organization.
• Develop campaigns, emails, forms, and landing pages and ensure asset quality before testing.
• Create marketing reporting and dashboards and validate accuracy.
