Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a Floating General Manager to oversee operations at assigned properties across the market. You will cover for General Managers on leave, lead local marketing efforts, train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining budget controls.

The role requires long hours, travel up to 90% and overnight stays, with focus on safety, efficiency, and financial performance across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in management.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate properties in the absence of a General Manager.
• Provide staff training and development.
• Drive sales through local marketing and outreach.
• Ensure guest service excellence and respond to guest concerns.
• Monitor safety, security and policy compliance.
• Travel 90% to other properties within the market.
• Help manage budgets and cost controls.
