Job summary

Intown Suites is seeking a Floating General Manager to oversee hotel operations across multiple properties within the assigned market. You will cover for General Managers, manage front office and staff, and drive guest satisfaction while meeting financial goals.

The role requires 3+ years of management experience, supervisory skills, and the ability to travel up to 90% and stay overnight as needed. A high school diploma is preferred; a driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in management.
• Supervisory experience required.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate properties in the absence of a General Manager as needed.
• Develop expertise on computer operating system.
• Assist in recruitment and training of General Managers and staff.
• Drive sales through local marketing and guest service focus.
• Identify and resolve life/safety issues and policy violations.
• Travel to other properties within the market and overnight stays as required.
